Job Requirements

As a member of the JOB MATCHMAKER team, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics communication engineering and a strong background in test development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist repair technicians with complex problem-solving.
  2. Communicate daily with subconcessionaires for component abnormalities.
  3. Provide technical support and share knowledge based on experience.
  4. Coordinate with production support to improve product quality.
  5. Interface with customer engineering teams to resolve testing issues.
  6. Work with the continuous improvement team to update software and hardware for improved testing and quality.
  7. Collaborate with process engineering to enhance test processes for better factory and field quality.
  8. Identify and resolve test-related defects to reduce defects per unit.
  9. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a BS in Electronics Communication Engineering and a college graduate degree.
