Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a 4-year Business course.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing firm, preferably as a Warehouse Manager.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory controls.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and strategic skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory and logistics, and optimize warehouse operations.
- Project manage improvement projects and harmonize processes.
- Lead Raw and Packaging Warehouse and Inventory Employees.
- Coordinate raw material and packaging movements between facilities.
- Maintain records of variances and ensure accuracy of product transfers.
- Monitor inventory control processes and document procedures for equipment and tools maintenance.
- Analyze physical inventory, investigate discrepancies, and perform necessary activities for control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and auditor criteria.
- Provide regular Operations and Productivity Reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in Material Handling.
- Excellent organizational, process development, and leadership skills.

- Competitive salary estimated at PHP 80,000 - 120,000 per month.

Please note that relocation to Epza Rosario Cavite may be required.
