Responsibilities:- Respond to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations to resolve their issues efficiently.
- Evaluate and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role in a contact center environment.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Fluency in English language required, proficiency in other languages a plus.
