Customer Engagement Trainer and QA Specialist.
Job Description:The primary role of this position is to provide expert training and support to personnel in various delivery areas, ensuring they possess a deep understanding of procedures, processes, products, and client training. This involves delivering high-quality coaching, feedback, and training sessions, as well as maintaining open communication channels to facilitate performance improvement and adherence to established guidelines.
This specialist will be responsible for monitoring transactions, providing timely assistance, and resolving inquiries related to billing, payment processes, password maintenance, shipping, accessory orders, permits, and account updates. They must also address end-user requests with care and resolution, ensuring all representatives receive adequate support.
To achieve these objectives, the Customer Engagement Trainer and QA Specialist will monitor performance on a real-time basis, ensure compliance with performance guidelines, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes staying informed on Quality Assurance (QA), ASAT, and CX findings and results, while maintaining a healthy and open line of communication to pursue performance improvements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert training sessions to new hires and existing employees.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to personnel.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
For this challenging role, we seek an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong academic background, and relevant experience in a similar field. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, preferably accompanied by an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Psychology.
A strong understanding of business principles, combined with proficiency in English (CEFR level B1) is essential for success in this position. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
