Customer Service Team Lead Position

We are seeking an accomplished leader to assume a key role in our customer service division. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team members to deliver exceptional service to our e-commerce clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required, preferably in a customer service setting where you have effectively managed and motivated teams.
  • E-commerce Background: We are looking for someone with a strong background in e-commerce customer service, particularly those with experience in managing Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon platforms.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for this role, as you will be communicating with customers and colleagues alike.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and monitor the performance of your assigned team members, ensuring that they consistently meet or exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Regular coaching sessions and personalized guidance will be provided to help your team succeed.
