We're seeking an exceptional Senior UI Designer to elevate our brand and deliver seamless user experiences across the globe.

Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled designer to craft intuitive and engaging online experiences that drive customer satisfaction and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining our Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines to facilitate collaboration between designers and engineers.
  • Refine user interfaces to align flawlessly with the brand, bringing high standards of user experience to life.
  • Elevate existing designs through continuous improvement to achieve usability and visual appeal.
  • Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications to ensure a smooth transition and understanding between design and development teams.
  • Expand and tailor the design system to new design needs and challenges.
  • Clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
  • Create interactive experiences using prototyping skills to validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showcasing your best work.
  • Strong technical skills in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with design systems and ability to make them better.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with developers and product managers.
  • A keen eye for detail to craft flawless design solutions.
  • Strong skills in motion animation to create engaging moments for users.
