We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a customer support agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via chat, email, or phone.
About the Job- You will respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
- Patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
