Job Overview:

The Customer Experience Manager role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless support operations and leveraging data to enhance service quality and efficiency. This position necessitates a profound understanding of our brands and the voice of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Develops and executes an annual CX Roadmap by proactively identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that either improve efficiency, elevate the customer experience, generate revenue, reduce costs, or deliver a combination of these outcomes.
  • AI Agent Adoption: Implements and optimizes AI Agent adoption to automate simple and routine inquiries and enable deeper focus on more sensitive and complex customer issues.
  • Cross-Departmental Insights: Unlocks and leverages customer data for cross-departmental insights by identifying new reporting capabilities and distributing actionable findings.
  • Revenue Generation: Transitions CX into a revenue-generating function by integrating upselling, cross-selling, and incentive programs for CX associates to drive incremental sales while maintaining exceptional service quality.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a CX team with at least two years of experience in people management.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic Vision: Strategic vision with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and lead projects that drive growth and improvement.
  • Data Interpretation: Data interpretation and storytelling skills to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Business Acumen: Business decision-making mindset with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make strategic choices.
  • Customer Advocacy: Customer advocacy skills with the ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Change Management: Change management skills with the ability to lead teams through process changes and technology adoption.
  • E-commerce Expertise: E-commerce familiarity with experience using Shopify, Amazon, Recharge, and Skio (or similar e-commerce platforms).
