InDebted is changing the world of consumer debt collection for good. We've disrupted the traditional debt collection industry by providing businesses with a better way to support overdue customers to get back on track.

We're fully remote, with a team of over 300 people living and working all around the world. Founded in Australia, we've since expanded into the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Lead to drive and elevate our training programs. This strategic role involves leading the development and execution of advanced training initiatives, managing complex training logistics, and mentoring a team of training professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Direct onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.
  • Assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback.
  • Create presentations for weekly huddles.
  • Ensure training programs thoroughly cover different channels, including voice.
Must Have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments.
  • Extensive experience in training across various channels, including voice.
  • Deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of training professionals.
