Elevator Supervisor

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Marivent Hotels and Resorts, Inc. Full time ₱200,000 - ₱250,000 per year

DUTIES:

  • Oversee the installation,maintenace,repair and moderniztion of elevator and other lift systems.
  • Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project subject to the review and approval of the technical department.
  • Ensure system function safety and efficiently in complieance with regulation and building standard.
  • Check site condition of the projects assigned to him for all the ncessary coordination of elevator requirement prior to the installation work.
  • Prepares and submits reports required such as weekly progress report, job site daily inspection report and others
  • Know how to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Certificate or equivalent(preffered vocational training in mechanics or electronics)
  • 3-4 years of experience as an elevator technician with supervisory and experince
  • willing be assigned in Quezon City
  • Preferably with motor but not required
  • Willing to travel for fieldworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
