Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • You should be able to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
