Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Operations Lead to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creation team.

About the Role
  • Coordination and Communication: Ensure seamless coordination and communication among team members, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including thorough documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Operational Support: Provide primary operational support for day-to-day workflow issues, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance and process adherence, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks and improve overall team efficiency.
  • Culture and Productivity: Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.

This role requires experience managing remote teams and a strong background working within the digital content ecosystem.
