  5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Influencer Operations Manager to synchronize content themes and promotional scheduling.

  6. Performance Metrics: Define and track content KPIs (e.g., followers, views, engagement, conversion), adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.

  7. Quality Assurance: Review final outputs for consistency, brand compliance, and messaging accuracy.

  8. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry partners, and influencer agencies, facilitating collaboration and resource acquisition to support company needs.

  9. Video Production Leadership: Lead the team to secure an inspiring and quality video content production that upholds brand identity, collaborating with other relevant departments throughout production.
