We're looking for a driven and experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team and lead initiatives focused on enhancing our security operations through strategic improvements and automation. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, defining project scope, and driving the successful execution of projects that boost the effectiveness of our security measures and create efficiencies across various teams.

You'll also work closely with cross-functional groups, ensuring seamless collaboration with operations teams. A key part of your role will be enabling operations managers to deliver actions and projects in a timely manner, meeting the needs of our business stakeholders. *Position Responsibilities*

• Provide end-to-end project coordination in collaboration with cross functional teams across new content launches and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with global process owners to help drive standardization and change management. Communicate process changes to impacted team members.
• Send out routine communications about the overall project/program status for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners.
• Work cross-functionally with teams within GOC to ensure critical paths are on track.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Coordinate regularly with multiple stakeholders to support projects
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for security effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.

Qualifications
*Minimum Qualifications*

• 3+ years of progressive experience in project or program management,
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Team-oriented work style with proven expertise in problem-solving and innovation.
• Versed in industry standards in relation to scaled security operations or business process management.
• Operational experience, process improvement and automation skills.
