Sustainability Content Lead plays a critical role in shaping the narrative of B2B technology companies as thought leaders in sustainability and technology.

This high-impact position requires someone who understands both content needs of B2B tech companies and nuances of sustainability storytelling in today's evolving digital landscape. The Sustainability Content Lead will lead development of content strategies that engage enterprise audiences, communicate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact, and drive measurable marketing outcomes on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing content strategies focused on LinkedIn and sustainability communications for B2B technology clients.
  • Creating and managing content calendars tailored to LinkedIn, aligning with marketing goals, product launches, and ESG milestones.
  • Producing thought leadership and campaign content, including whitepapers, blog articles, executive posts, ESG reports, infographics, and web copy.
  • Collaborating closely with ESG, product, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment with sustainability frameworks.
  • Translating complex technical and environmental topics into accessible engaging content for enterprise decision-makers.
  • Analyzing content performance on LinkedIn and across digital channels, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in content strategy roles, with proven success in B2B tech and sustainability communications.
  • Strong experience developing and managing LinkedIn content strategies for corporate or executive brands.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex ESG or technical topics.
  • Familiarity with sustainability disclosure standards and enterprise communications.
  • Proficiency with content planning tools, SEO, analytics platforms, and digital storytelling.
