Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Specialist to join our team. The role involves ensuring excellent services are provided to customers and promoting that idea through the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a support personnel to team POCs in relation to global vendor management.
  • Work closely with team members to identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management.
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements.
  • Update/maintain operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place.
  • Provide insights and monitor process updates in expanding global knowledge with teams or clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or any equivalent course.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to think strategically and lead, with a 'Customer First' mindset.
