Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accountancy and be passionate about using their skills to support clients.

The role involves preparing draft accounts for review, undertaking larger limited company accounts, and providing general support to both clients and directors.

  • Preparing draft accounts from source documents;
  • Undertaking larger limited company accounts with relevant support;
  • Clearing routine queries with the client;
  • Preparing tax computation based on the draft accounts;
  • Finalising figures for the manager and preparing paperwork for the client to approve;
  • Dealing with ad hoc client queries;
  • Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT Returns for clients using bridging software;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within an accountancy firm during your training;
  • Passion for using your skills to support clients;
  • Knowledge of FRS102, One Man Band companies, and Charities;
