Lead Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to oversee the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, focusing on service apartment rentals or pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with our offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and create accurate proposals.
  • Engage with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and foster business relationships.
  • Monitor bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms and industry regulations.
  • Track competitors and market trends to enhance bidding effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
