Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team.

  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses. Utilize Intuit ProConnect Tax Software for tax preparation and filing. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tax preparation professionals. Set performance expectations and monitor team performance. Oversee the review of tax returns prepared by tax preparers. Mentor and develop staff at all levels, fostering their professional growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Review tax returns with clients and provide guidance. Maintain effective communication with a diverse client base.
  • Data Security & Confidentiality: Oversee data security and confidentiality measures. Ensure accurate preparation of audit schedules and coach team members for optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive tax experience, a strong background in U.S. accounting, and a proven track record in leadership, compliance, and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of tax preparation professionals, overseeing tax return preparation and filing, and providing guidance to clients.
