The PositionWe are seeking dedicated professionals to join our customer support team as Product Advocates. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging deep product expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries to provide technical and product support.
- Ask insightful questions to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product developments and new features.
- Validate workflows and identify patterns in customer feedback.
- Ensure customers understand key features and benefits aligned with their goals.
- Consistently meet performance standards and achieve key metrics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one entry-level tech Customer Support or Technical Support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in support tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
As a Product Advocate, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, helping them maximize the value of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
