Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution.

This position involves providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to the development team when necessary.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including account managers, retention teams, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer support role and possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own customer communications and resolve issues via intercom and occasional phone conversations.
  • Collect customer feedback to influence product direction.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the development team, solve problems, or obtain missing information.
  • Improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency with various software systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally.
  • Engage in robust and articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
