Job Overview

This is a customer-focused role that requires delivering exceptional service and technical support to partners and internal users.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-centric, and possess problem-solving abilities. They should also have a growth mindset and be able to work in a team environment.

  • Provide timely and efficient support across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our proprietary software and provide training to internal users when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and document system or process issues, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain helpful resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases to assist customers.
  • Collaborate with training teams to reduce support tickets and improve overall customer experience.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and contribute to the development of internal and external knowledge bases.

Preferred qualifications include at least 5+ years of relevant support experience, proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, and basic exposure to Adobe Creative Suite.
