Chief Academic Officer

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Academic Officer to spearhead our academic strategy and ensure seamless implementation of industry-based learning, student-centered curriculum, and affordable education.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and continuously improving academic programs that meet the evolving needs of industries and global standards. Your expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, faculty management, and education technology will be instrumental in driving innovation and excellence in our academic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive academic strategies aligned with industry needs and global standards.
  • Lead program design, delivery, and student performance as Program Head.
  • Integrate digital tools and teaching innovations into the academic ecosystem to enhance student learning experience and faculty teaching experience.
  • Establish instructional quality standards, including course design, rubrics, outcomes-based assessments, and peer evaluation.
  • Oversee internship readiness and graduate tracking systems in coordination with the Industry Readiness Office.
  • Embed employability standards across programs by strengthening student portfolios, industry advisory engagement, and real-world learning outputs.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, academic audit processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Partner with HR to design and implement faculty evaluation, development, and upskilling programs.
  • Supervise Student Formation Services (SFS) team to ensure student discipline, guidance, and well-being initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of academic leadership experience in higher education.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, faculty management, and education technology.
  • Familiarity with relevant education regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in industry-academic collaboration and program innovation.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
