About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to partner with our CEO and investor to define the 3-5 year strategic roadmap and annual operating plan.
  • This includes leading company-wide initiatives such as expansion, business model innovation, and M&A, as well as building out performance management and reporting frameworks to drive accountability.
  • The successful candidate will also collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align strategy and execution, while managing a small team of analysts and developing future business leaders.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years' experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting, preferably in fast-paced, founder-led or PE-backed environments.
  • Strong business acumen with comfort navigating data, ambiguity, and scale.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.
  • Passion for building, problem-solving, and driving results.
