The Operations Director role offers a unique opportunity to lead the strategic direction of a growing team in Member/Participant Processing, driving digitization and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procedures and policies to ensure seamless service delivery, leveraging expertise in investment products and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with global functional leaders to drive day-to-day processing and transformation initiatives, ensuring output meets service level agreements and exceeds quality standards.
  • Manage and develop team capabilities, including hiring, performance management, and adherence to governance and operating standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Retirement Operations and/or Wealth Management, with strong people management experience at a senior manager or director level.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures and senior leadership.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to work with complex financial issues and concepts.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and think proactively to resolve issues and risk.
