  • Develop compelling presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on project progress and impact.
  • Identify and quantify the financial, operational, and customer experience benefits of process improvements.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and ensure efficient compliance practices are in place.
  • Lead high-performing teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive individual growth and team success.
