Process Excellence and Governance Manager

Elevate your career with a dynamic role that combines process excellence and governance. As a Process Excellence and Governance Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by streamlining processes, improving productivity, and reducing costs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current business practices to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor the performance of vital business systems and processes, continually seeking ways to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity standards.
  • Lead a team of organic and inorganic resources, overseeing their performance and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to support team members' growth and development.
  • Establish policies and action plans to address performance gaps, audit items, and quality of work issues, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze reports and data to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Enablement and other stakeholders to develop operational strategies that meet ongoing needs and feedback.
  • Persuade and influence key decision-makers on planned activities and target outcomes beneficial to the organization.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing escalated issues, communicating audit-related findings, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide feedback to management on unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers through extended company offerings.
  • Facilitate group discussions, business reviews, and strategy changes, promoting critical thinking and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure team compliance with all organizational policies and processes, upholding high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Spearhead initiatives, owning and driving results until desired outcomes are achieved, actively seeking new ways of working and gaining diverse perspectives to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee people management, ensuring team committed working hours are met, reports are sent on-time, and vendors are managed effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Six Sigma Certification (at least Green belt).
  • Agile Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Operations or a related field.
  • Previous work experience in banking or finance is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Focused, driven, and goal-oriented individual.
  • Strategic, resourceful, and analytical thinker.
  • Committed to excellence and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
