Job Overview

This is a full-time, remote position that can be based from any Commonwealth country.

The Member Development Lead is responsible for developing the membership ICT capability based on an assessment of the critical needs of each member and the ICT Digital Development department. The role involves formulating and delivering human resource development programmes and activities that increase the ICT and digital transformation capabilities of the membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess member needs and design ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Formulate and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
