Job Title: ICT Capability Developer

The ICT Capability Developer role is responsible for developing the membership ICT capability based on an assessment of the critical needs of each member and the ICT Digital Development department.

  • This is a full-time, remote position and can be based from any Commonwealth country.

You will formulate and deliver human resource development programmes and activities that increase the ICT and digital transformation capabilities of the membership.

Responsibilities
  • Assess member needs and design ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Formulate and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
