Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our membership ICT capability development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing member needs and designing programs to enhance digital transformation capabilities.

This is a full-time, remote position that can be based from any Commonwealth country. As a key member of our team, you will formulate and deliver human resource development programs to increase ICT and digital transformation capabilities across the membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments and design customized development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Develop and implement HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver training and development activities.
  • Support online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • Knowledge of online training methodologies and ICT/digitalization.
  • Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
