S&R Membership Shopping is a membership-shopping club modeled after the warehouse membership shopping chains in the United States. We achieve this through aggressive buying, low-cost distribution, and streamlined operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Responsibility:

  • Visual Design:
    Design and produce assets including banners (for all ecommerce platforms S&R is present), homepage features, product imagery, and social media content including:
  • Static content
  • GIFs
  • Videos / Reels / Stories
  • ● 
    Branding Design:
     Design physical assets aligned with S&R branding such as billboard, wall stickers, and packaging (including packaging materials, shopping bags, etc. [FN1]).
  • Content Creation:
    Overall management of social media content. Developing and optimizing product descriptions, website copy for product listings, and other content to enhance discoverability and engagement tailored to each platform.
  • Product Photography & Product Page Optimization:
    Responsible for high-quality product photography for platform uploading (e.g., , Shopee, Lazada & concierge partners). Provides detailed product content such as naming, description, features, dimensions, and packaging.
  • Product Listings:
    Uploads and manages product listings on and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and concierge partners.
  • Website & Platform Management:
    Responsible for the day-to-day management and updating of the eCommerce website and other platforms to ensure all product listings, banners, and promotions are accurate and current. Monitors website performance metrics and identifies areas for improvement to maximize traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
  • User Experience (UX)
    : Develops and implements strategies to optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Conducts regular reviews of site navigation, page layouts, and purchasing workflows to identify friction points and recommend enhancements. Uses data and user feedback to inform UX decisions that improve ease of use, reduce drop-off, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • User Interface (UI)
    : Designs and refines interface elements that support a cohesive and intuitive shopping experience. Ensures all visual components—such as buttons, icons, product grids, and forms—are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible across devices. Collaborates closely with developers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive website features.
  • Performs preliminary QA to minimize rework (checking for misspellings, mismatched SKUs/photos, guideline compliance)
  • Reports monthly creative performance to the E-Commerce Marketing Manager
  • Contribute to ad hoc responsibilities that involve photo, video, and other creative output requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • Have 2 to 3 years' work experience in Graphic Design, Digital/Social Media Content Creation or related industry
  • Must be willing to work early hours, and in shifting schedule
  • Capable of working under pressure and can work independently with less supervision
  • Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, organized, creative
  • Must be comfortable with the learning curve, constant change in fast moving environment
  • Willing to report onsite at BGC.
