Investment Portfolio Manager

The Investment Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the university's investment portfolios to ensure alignment with established policies and risk management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular performance reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Track, record, analyze, and report on investment portfolio performance metrics.
  • Compute and analyze benchmark and individual portfolio returns data.
  • Identify potential risk areas and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Balances liquidity requirements with long-term investment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of benchmark and fund performance data.
  • Monitor domestic and foreign portfolio managers' adherence to guidelines and investment instructions.
  • Oversee credit and investment exposures within approved limits.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and make informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business or finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in trust administration, portfolio management, or a related field.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
