Lead Investment Operations Transformation

You will lead a team responsible for day-to-day processing and transformation of investment operations function. Our organization is embarking on multi-year journey to drive digitization, automation, and increase straight-through-processing. We aim to leverage our global hub for more end-to-end functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business relationship management and oversight of services with proven track record of managing global cross-functional relationships.
  • Elevate operational service issues through swift resolution.
  • Ensure work integration across teams and meet/exceed service level standards.
  • Contribute to development of overall procedures and policies.
  • Leverage expertise in investment products, operational excellence practices, and transaction/customer lifecycle to develop service capability.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in delivering key transformation strategies of the group.
  • Establish high credibility and build professional relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Ensure customer-centered outcomes by managing business relationships and acting as business partner.

We seek a leader who demonstrates strong operational processing background, including focus on efficiency and risk mitigation. A collaborative, transparent leader who can create and communicate vision and engage individuals towards objectives. This role requires highly visible leader who can drive change through relationships, thought leadership, and exceptional business knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in Investment Operations and/or Wealth Management, sound understanding of end-to-end Trade and Cash Management process, and SWIFT Standards. Strong market knowledge, regulatory changes affecting Investment Operations Industry globally, commitment to client service & problem resolution, sound operations management acumen, and solid understanding of business environment are essential.
