Lead a Team of Customer Service Professionals

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and motivate our customer support teams. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards success, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be working closely with your team to develop strategies for improving performance and providing coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience in a customer service environment, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven background in e-commerce customer service (Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience a plus)
  • Communication Skills: Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess team performance and create, interpret, and act on performance reports
