Marketing Director Position

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own the development of messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the market.
  • Drive demand generation through SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Align marketing pipelines with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Foster customer advocacy through case studies, communities, and advocacy programs.
  • Analyze data and track ROI to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • A proven track record of scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex products.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Agility and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
