Job Title: Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our crypto casino marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the iGaming industry, strong leadership skills, and experience managing remote teams.

The successful Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives user acquisition and retention across all key channels, including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM. They will oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives, as well as lead and coordinate a remote marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry, strong leadership and remote team management experience, proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, and excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills
