Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy, planning and storytelling frameworks on global social channels like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Lead daily social operations, ensuring timely content posting and effective engagement with followers.
  • Create and execute social media content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee community interactions, monitor and analyze social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
  • Test and optimize organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage a global social marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social.
  • Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in video-editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
