Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our organization's outreach efforts across key industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted research and data analysis to identify and build prospect lists across core services including construction, project management, and site acquisition.
  • Engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns and follow up to nurture relationships and move leads through the pipeline.
Collaboration and Executive Support
  • Support senior executives with meeting preparation, briefings, and background research on key contacts and companies.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategies and hand off qualified leads efficiently.
  • Assist in creating introductory materials, capability decks, and follow-up correspondence.
Estimating Team Support
  • Transfer qualified leads to the estimating team with relevant project details, timelines, and contact information.
  • Gather scope and site-specific details from contacts to help estimators develop informed proposals.
  • Maintain a consistent feedback loop between leads and estimators to refine qualification processes.
Market Intelligence and CRM Management
  • Monitor trends across target industries and identify emerging markets for expansion.
  • Maintain clean CRM data—logging communications, updating lead statuses, and tagging by industry or region.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track lead progress, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
Strategy and Optimization
  • Provide insights on client objections, pain points, and response trends to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Test and iterate outreach sequences, message formats, and communication channels for better engagement.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase quality and efficiency of lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably in construction, project management, or real estate industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives through professional communication channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns and nurturing relationships.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, including meeting preparation, briefing development, and background research.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with Business Development and Estimating teams.
  • Familiarity with gathering project scope details and facilitating accurate handoffs for proposal development.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms for data entry, tracking communications, and generating performance reports.
  • Analytical thinker with ability to monitor industry trends, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to ongoing outreach optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proactive approach to improving lead generation processes.
