Job Title: Outreach Campaign Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outreach Campaign Coordinator to manage cold outreach efforts and drive new business opportunities. This role involves conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to track and analyze outreach efforts.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy in data entry and email tracking.
  • A collaborative attitude, working seamlessly with the Creative Director and Sales Team.
  • Ability to analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.
  • Adaptability to handle repetitive tasks, such as database management, with efficiency and focus.
  • Confidence in managing client emails, organizing inboxes with labeled folders, and ensuring all communications are timely and professional.

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
  • Background in conducting online research and organizing data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to refine processes for efficiency.
  • Experience in creating reports to present outreach and conversion metrics.
  • Expertise using CRMs and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Copywriting experience.
  • Prior background in a creative environment with knowledge of design processes.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or account management.
  • Track record of coordinating with international clients or teams across time zones.
