Loan Processor Role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in managing mortgage applications and working closely with our strategy team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work autonomously, and possess strong communication skills.

In this role, you will process and submit mortgage applications, manage application workflows, and coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties.

You will also handle discharge processes with outgoing lenders and manage settlement coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit mortgage applications with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties.
  • Handle discharge processes with outgoing lenders and manage settlement coordination.
