Key Role: Loan Processing Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Key responsibilities include assisting brokers with loan application preparation and submission, collecting and verifying client documentation, liaising with lenders and solicitors, tracking loan applications through to settlement, maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
