IT Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Relationship Manager to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters, coordinating closely with business stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, understanding their needs and direction, and driving the formulation of solutions and roadmaps.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service, initiating actions required to define, maintain, or improve service levels.
- Advocate for business partners within IT and vice versa, expediting issue resolution and promoting effective teamwork.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing expertise.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience in building partnerships.
- The ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and business case development.
- Familiarity with business strategy and processes, as well as expertise in designing business solutions that link disparate processes and application systems.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
You should have:
- 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a business partnership or IT-related role.
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Technical acumen in one or more technology disciplines, with business acumen in at least one business partner domain.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
