Role Overview

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Partnership Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, ensuring seamless technological input and coordination across various IT functional areas.

About the Job

The Chief Technology Partnership Manager will serve as a single point of contact for business partners on incidents, changes, projects, and initiatives that require technological input. The successful candidate will manage all business partner-facing activities for IT, including engagement, relationship development, understanding business direction and needs, driving solution formulation, proactive communications, service level management, reporting, and service improvement initiatives through projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Point of Contact: Coordinate closely across IT functional areas supporting business partners, handling incidents, changes, projects, and initiatives requiring technological input.
  • Expertise: Manage business partner-facing activities, including engagement, relationship development, understanding business needs, formulating solutions, communication, service level management, reporting, and service improvement through projects.
  • Consistent Delivery: Initiate actions to define, maintain, or improve service levels.
  • Relationship Strengthening: Advocate for business partners within IT and IT to business partners.
  • Enablement and Guidance: Promote effective teamwork and resolve interpersonal issues.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills in building partnerships.
  • The ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and business case development.
  • Familiarity with business strategy and processes, expertise in designing business solutions linking disparate processes and application systems, BPO industry, and outsourcing models.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; a master's or MBA degree is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field for managers.
  • Technical acumen in one or more technology disciplines.
  • Business acumen in at least one business partner domain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
