Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Relationship Manager - Business Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our client's organization, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, identifying opportunities to improve service levels, and driving the implementation of technology solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Business Partner-facing activities for IT, including engagement, relationship development, and solution formulation.
  • Closely coordinate with IT functional areas to support business initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of business processes, capabilities, and technologies to inform solution design.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service by initiating actions required to define, maintain, or improve service levels.
  • Promote effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to build partnerships and drive results.
  • The ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop business cases to support solution implementation.
  • Familiarity with business strategy and processes, as well as expertise in designing business solutions that integrate disparate systems and applications.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in IT or business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; Master's or MBA degree preferred.
  • Technical acumen in one or more technology disciplines, such as software development, network architecture, or database administration.
  • Business acumen in at least one domain, such as finance, HR, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and other relevant tools.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
