Job Highlights
As a Support Ambassador, you will be part of our team that handles inquiries and concerns from our largest online booking account. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs)
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide expert advice to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• At least 6 months of solid BPO experience in an international voice account
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and energetic attitude
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
