Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience (CX) professional to join our team in Cebu City. As a CX champion, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective problem-solving and communication skills.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to Php27,000.00 per month, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to launch or advance their career in the CX industry. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least six months of background experience in the Customer Experience (CX) industry
  • Good English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Superb computer skills
  • A willingness to work on shifting schedules
