We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-tier support to our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including:
    • Managing complex calendars
    • Booking travel arrangements and restaurant reservations
    • Coordinating events and team processes
    • Processing expenses in a timely manner
    • Drafting and managing correspondence
    • Providing regular updates on in-flight projects
  • Develop a strong understanding of our operations and reflect its professionalism and charisma in written communications, especially with external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience working with US-based clients/companies or in a startup environment is a plus.
