
Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch support to executives, including managing calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership team members.
- Lead and host meetings or conferences as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp).
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
