Professional Collections Representative

We are seeking a skilled Collections Professional to join our team. As a collections representative, you will be responsible for working with customers to resolve overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Contact customers via phone and email to discuss payment options and establish realistic repayment plans.
- Monitor and follow up on missed payments and broken promises to pay.
- Update customer records and payment statuses accurately and promptly.
- Evaluate compliance with regulatory standards, including debt collection laws and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and collection efforts.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and best practices is a plus.
