Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Collections Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct negotiations for the collection of outstanding accounts with a focus on professionalism and empathy, while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all collection matters, striving to resolve overdue accounts in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Find and implement the correct solution for each customer, whether it's adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment, or restructuring loan terms.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess a strong background in collections, preferably in a contact center environment. Sales knowledge and cross-functionality skills are also essential. Additionally, you must have excellent active listening skills, be able to convey information clearly, and handle challenging customer interactions effectively.

The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement and growth. A reliable internet connection is also required.
